 Nutrients is deemed as one of the most important aspects in health. This is   because they are essential nutrients in daily life that your body needs to have. Without  nutrition, your body will not be able to do its job properly. There are 5 main nutrients that you need to know. This includes carbohydrate, protein, water, vitamins and minerals and  fats. These 6 components are what makes your body stay healthy the way they are. If any of these nutrients were not enough, your body might suffer from a condition called malnutrition. Malnutrition occurs when someone did not take enough nutrition so their body started to malfunction. Besides, taking more nutrition than required is also bad for your health because it can cause some nutritional imbalances. These are just among the importance of taking essential  nutrition in daily life.

 1. Carbohydrate

Carbohydrates

                       This is one of the most essential nutrients in daily life. Carbohydrates help provide energy to our body. Without it, you will not be able to carry out your daily activities. Examples of carbohydrates include rice, bread, peas and also oatmeal. Usually, you need to take in a lot of carbohydrates in a day so that your body has adequate energy to last the day.

Protein

              Another type of nutrition that is as important as carbohydrates. Protein is responsible for your body growth and tissue repair mechanism. By taking a lot of protein, your body cells will grow and help maintain those body tissues, besides repairing it if they are ever damaged. Examples for protein include meat, fish and eggs. Furthermore, drinks such as milk can also provide the protein that you need.

                Fats can be divided into two groups, the unsaturated fats and also the saturated fats. Unsaturated fats are also referred as the good fats while the saturated fats are referred as the bad fats. Fats are important for your body because they can provide you with backup energy if you ever need it. Some examples of unsaturated fats include sunflower oil, olive oil and also some omega-3 rich fish while saturated fats that are not good for your health include butter, cheese and also oil.
