INGREDIENTS FOR DRAGON PANEER
Paneer 300 gm
Corn Flour 30 gm
Maida 30 gm
Oil For Frying 300 ml ( Refined Oil )
Ginger 1
Garlic 1 Tsp
Green Chilly 1 Tsp
Oil 3 Tsp ( for seasoning )
Onion 1 Large
Carrot 2 medium size
Capsicum 1
soya Sause 1.5 Tsp
Red Chilly sauce 1 Tsp
Tomato Sauce 2 Tbsp.
Pepper Powder 1/2 Tsp
Water 1/4 Cup
Salt To Taste 1 Tsp
For Garnishing
Spring onion Leaves Finely Chopped 2 Tbsp.
Cashew - 40 gm
STEP BY STEP PROCEDURE FOR MAKING DRAGON PANNER
# Chop Paneer Like French Fries. Add Salt, Mix Well And Set Aside For 10 Minutes.
# Now Salt Will Release Its Moisture So It Will Be Easy For Corn flour and madia To Get Coat Well.
# Add Corn flour and madia Toss It Gently.
# Deep Fry Paneer Till Crisp And Golden
Next to preparing a Sause
1. Heat a pan add 3 tsp of oil. When the oil get heated well then add finely chopped ginger, garlic, green chilly, onion. Sauté until the raw smell away then add chopped carrot, capsicum sauté for 1 min and add one tsp of pepper powder then sauté little seconds.
2. Then add soya Sause, chilly Sause ,tomato Sause and sauté well .After the Sause is well cooked then add 1/4 cup of water .
3. Once the water is boiled .
4. Keep the mix ready to add one tablespoon of corn flour with normal water in glass.
5. Then add the corn flour mix to the pan and quickly the Sause will get thicker. (corn flour is using for making the Sause thicker then only paneer will coat well. Then we get spicy sweet dragon paneer.)
6. Once the Sause is thicker add the fried paneer and coat well in the Sause.
7. At last garnish with roasted cashew and spring onion green.
"Serve hot Dragon Paneer with Fried Rice, Chapatti etc."
