KUSKA RICE (SPICED FLAVORFUL BRIYANI RICE)

                                                                   TOTAL TIME : 45 MINUTES

INGREDIENTS

Onion  - 3 medium size (sliced cut)

Tomato - 2 medium size

Ginger - 1.5 tsp

garlic - 1.5 tsp

green chilly - 3

coriander  leaves - 10 stems

POWERED MASALA

Turmeric  powder - 1/2 tsp

Kashmiri  chilly powder  - 1 tsp

garam masala - 1.5 tsp

For Rice 

Basmati rice - 3 glasses (approximate 300 grams)

Ghee - 4 tbsp.

cashew - 25 grams

cinnamon -  medium piece

cloves - 4

cardamom - 3 

Bay leaf - 3

PREPARATION METHOD STEP BY STEP PHOTOS

1, Wash and soak the rice for 30 min and dry it with strainer,


2. Cut the ginger, garlic, green chilly , onion and tomato slice and keep it aside. And also the powdered masala.




3. Keep the pressure cooker on the gas on the medium flames once heated add 4 tsp of ghee and add all the spices. Then add ginger, garlic , green chilly. Sauté for 2 minutes

 







4. Once they sautéed then add slice onion.




5. Once it sauté add tomato and masala powdered .




6. Then add coriander leaves and soaked, drained rice on the cooker and add 5 glasses of water and sample measured the rice glass. once the water is boiled lie down the cooker top with 2 whistle in the high flames. Then garnish with cashew and some coriander leaves. Our Kuska rice is ready to serve with 
 salad and papadam.
